Our client are a small, specialist financial services business which has a global presence. As their footprint grows they now need to hire a Senior Systems Administrator to be responsible for their IT services in Asia.
As the sole representative of technology in the region you will be responsible primarily for 1st and 2nd line support and monitoring as well as the day to day management of the local helpdesk. In Singapore this will mean operating across two offices where you will have permanent desks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A can do attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves
- Expert knowledge of Windows 7 & 10
- Excellent MS ofice and Active Directory experience
- Strong knowledge of Citrix in particular XenApp and XenDesktop
Additional experience of ITIL woudl be a distinct advantage.
As the business grows the role will progress into that of Regional IT Manager.
