Eames are working on an interesting opportunity with a London Market insurer to find a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a Rapidly growing operations function. This role will be complimenting the existing Business Analyst by bringing in more of a technical know how.

In this newly created role, reporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior Technical BA is responsible for gathering and understanding the technical and operational needs. Working with internal stakeholders, the role ensures that business requirements are accurately translated into deliverables and effective solutions. You would be conducting the analysis of technical requirements and producing functional design specification documents, analysing current business processes and recommending projects to improve the effectiveness of these practises.

What they are looking for:

Experience and knowledge of Lloyd's insurance market and initiatives impacting the London Insurance Market preferable, including familiarity with LM TOM initiatives.

  • BCS Business Analysis Diploma or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN/Data modelling qualifications are preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of solution architecture design and delivery including implementation of interface capabilities i.e. APIs / Gateway messaging.
