Key Responsibilities:
- Managing entire lifecycle of different projects and being the primary point of contact for technical matters
- Providing project management on larger, multi-dimensional projects
- Responsible for On-site and remote installation, configuration and support of enterprise softwares
- Recommending appropriate bespoke solutions where required.
- Pre-sales support to consultants and the sales teams including managing RFP/RFI responses
- Training clients on installation and on-going support of advanced software products.
- Running technical workshops and architecting bespoke solutions
- Being a knowledgably expert on our products and associated technologies
- Upskilling and mentoring other Technical Consultants
The Requirements
- At least two years prior experience in a technical, client-facing role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand, explain and develop complex IT architectures
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and independently seek knowledge
- Ability to adapt where limited information about a client or their technology stack is known
- A deep understanding of many of the technologies underpinning our solutions: IIS; MS SQL; Active Directory; Window Server; SOAP/REST Web Services; COM; .Net; WCF
- Ability to take deliver projects with limited supervision
- Ability to produce, and review technical documentation
- Experience in managing client relationships within a PRC/HK setting
- Experience working in an international environment (global teamwork)
- Educated to degree level or significant industry experience
- Willingness and ability to travel (mostly within Asia)
- Legal ability to work in Hong Kong (HKSAR) along with visa-free access to PRC
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken/written); business fluency in English (spoken/written)
