Eames Consulting are working closely with a leading independent Reinsurance Broking House who are growing their team following a capital injection. This firm are looking to strengthen the team to enable higher quality client service and to deal with any succession planning requirements.
They are actively looking to hire an experienced Treaty Broker who understands London Market Property and the typical reinsurance / retro markets within this space. You will take over an existing book of business which you'll be responsible for running on a day to day basis, whilst also looking to further grow the book through any avenues you see fit. As you'll be working within a smaller business, opportunities exist to broaden your knowledge and scope beyond prescribed geography or client type.
This is a rare opportunity to take over an existing portfolio and make that step from broker to fully fledged account executive. You will also be trained on any skills gaps to enable you to produce new business of your own (if appropriate).
To be considered, you must have knowledge of London Market Property Treaty or Retro, drive and ambition, and enjoy working within a highly social environment.
