Job responsibilities:
- Responsibile of full end to end IT operational services that includes; scope, budget and performance
- Take charge of designing, implementing, executing and optimizing all methods for monitoring and managing of IT services
- Support key strategic products by facilitating service transitions and coordination
- Ensure and coordinate service processes in alignment with the other departments such as incident and change teams
- Key escalation to management and vendors when critical or major operational issues occur
As an ideal candidate, you must have:
- More than 7 years experience in service delivery, service management, application management
- Proven track record of delivering global application platforms across multiple business units
- Working knowledge of private cloud and storage fabrics, and in-depth knowledge of DevOps, AI Ops and customer-oriented service operations
- Generalist experience across all dimensions of IT operations and strong understanding of software development/delivery methodologies
- Certifications in ITIL, COBIT and/or Project Management is a plus
