A challenger bank is looking for a SMCR Senior Analyst to join their team between Basingstoke and London.
You will be responsible for:
- The review of Managers' Responsibilities Map
- Senior Manager's Statement of responsibilities (SoRS)
- Establishing on-going management of framework
- Key Processes around SMCR and Management Committee structure.
- Also assist with the TOM build of the business areas/function
Ideal candidate
- Strong knowledge across Senior Manager's Regime
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience across SMCR
- Previous experience in transformation programmes
- Needs to be very hands on
