A challenger bank is looking for a SMCR Senior Analyst to join their team in Basingstoke.
You will be responsible for:
- The review of Managers' Responsibilities Map
- Senior Manager's Statement of responsibilities (SoRS)
- Establishing on-going management of framework
- Key Processes around SMCR and Management Committee structure.
- Also assist with the TOM build of the business areas/functions
