Reporting to the CEO, you will be focusing on insurance intermediary management to ensure compliance with reuglatory and Group requirements. You will plan, develop and roll out a compliance program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop company's strategy to manage the Intermediaries in order to comply with the regulatory and Group requirement
- Build and maintain relationship with stakeholders in the company and external vendors
- Solid understanding of local requirements of governments for the intermediary management
- Provide governance responsibilities and trainings for agents
- Maintain and run internal controls and measures
- Act as key person in intermediary management function
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in distribution governance, intermediary management, regulatory compliance
- Sound knowledge of relevant ordinances and regulatory guidelines
- Must have worked at insurance firms and good knowledge of insurance business operations
- Good communications skills in both English and Chinese
