As Team leader the ideal candidate will be required to :
- lead and manage large health benefits client engagements
- Serve as strategic advisor to clients
- Ensure that consultants are maintaining team progress against established budget, timeline and quality standards, as well maintaining good relationships.
The ideal candidate will be:
- At least 10 years' experience in a employee benefits consultancy, with extensive knowledge of Healthcare & Protection products.
- Commercially savvy
- Effective management of people and relationships
- Track record of success in managing large client relationships
