Job Title - Telephony Engineer

One of our large insurance clients is in the middle of a telephony refresh programme and so have a need for a telephony engineer to join their programme. Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:

  • A must to have contact centre scripting experience
  • A Voice and video SME (VoIP)
  • A Cisco expert with the appropriate tech stacks in unified communications
  • Strong network and infrastructure understanding with demonstrable experience in infrastructure projects previously
