Eames is currently working closely with the CEO of an exciting technology focused motor insurance brand on the appointment of an experienced Trading Director. We’re looking for a forward thinking, entrepreneurial individual who have operated at a senior level within a motor insurance business.
Our client is already working with some household names in the insurance market but will be expecting the Trading Director to source additional insurer partners. The Trading Director will also be responsible for optimising pricing strategies and will manage an experienced analyst team.
It is essential you have:
- A strong motor insurance background and have worked in a similar role.
- Experience managing broker pricing strategy and delivery.
- An interest in technology within the motor insurance market.
- Experience managing a panel of insurers.
Due to the nature of the role and expected stakeholders it is likely this person will come from a broker or MGA background, however this is by no means essential.
