Our client is a large monoline insurer and they require an Underwriter with experience of writing UK-domiciled middle market property and casualty business.
The role will maintain and establish relationships with tier 1 brokers and will take responsibility for running market-facing relationships, ideally across the South-East. The book is UK wide and territories can be defined according to previous experience and relationships. Underwriters will take on new and existing business, with exposure to complex and technical risks.
Candidates are expected to have a good understanding of natural catastrophe areas and at least 2 years' experience in writing UK P&C business.
