I am currently working closely with a market leading (re)insurer on the appointment of an Underwriting Governance and Oversight Lead. The role will sit within a newly established business unit, accountable for providing effective oversight across our client’s full suite of product lines.
We are looking for individuals with a good grounding in underwriting processes and procedures, but with a strong commercial mindset and an ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, providing recommendations and improvements where necessary.
