I'm currently working with a forward thinking syndicate with a strong focus on technology, who are looking to bring on board an experienced Underwriting Operations Manager. This role will be integral in developing procedures, processes and controls, identifying potential areas for further automation, and managing and developing a framework to monitor performance across the business.
The Underwriting Operations Manager will also be accountable for the management of a small team and as such leadership experience is essential.
