Eames is currently working closely with a Global Insurer on the appointment of an Underwriting Technician within their Düsseldorf office.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To issue policies and to create Insurance confirmations for Germany and Austria by considering internal and legal requirements.
- To close cooperation and coordination of bookings as well as authoring with the internal team and the local accounting
- To prepare and execute bookings
- To establish and maintain the customer relationship and to supervise brokers
You have at least 1 year professional experience in a comparable position with experience in industrial insurance lines with an insurer, broker or company-affiliated intermediary. Fluent German and English are mandatory; any other European languages will be an asset. You are also completely autonomous on MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
