One of Asia’s leading retail banks is looking for a VP, Product Analytics to provide data analytics and insights to develop market leading credit card products. You will be part of the Data & Analytics department working with internal and external stakeholders to analyse operational data to identify trends and patterns and share insights to enhance business decision making. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who is comfortable with large datasets and an effective communicator able to influence business decision making.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and patterns to understand business/product performance.
- Improve the analysis and insights by continuously identifying new data sources and tools.
- Standardise the production of dashboards to study the health status of products and ensure regional alignment of relevant KPIs.
- Data Analytics experience, preferably in Banking & Finance or FinTech
- Experience in root cause analysis of business problems, providing recommendations and implementing solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good communicator who can engage and influence senior stakeholders
