Eames has made it on to The Leap 100

Eames Consulting Group has made it on to The Leap 100 2016 – a list of the 100 most exciting, fast-growth companies in the UK, launched by Mishcon de Reya and City AM. All the companies selected have demonstrated substantial growth over the past 12 months and been identified as the ‘ones to watch’ for 2016.

Founder & Executive Director, Matthew Eames has been included on this year's list, cementing Eames as one of the most exciting recruitment businesses in the UK. Founding the business in 2002, Matthew identified an opportunity to start a recruitment consultancy specifically focused on the mid-to-senior level of the financial and professional services markets. The business now operates with over 130 staff from offices in London, Zurich, Singapore and Hong Kong and continues to see record growth each year.

Nick Davis, Head of Corporate at Mishcon de Reya said: “The Leap 100 campaign examines and celebrates the hurdles and opportunities that fast growing companies face. We launched The Leap 100 in 2015 to support a select group of some of the UK's most exciting, high growth companies. This year's list is yet again a dynamic group of companies to watch."

The Leap 100 list identifies four areas where these entrepreneurs and companies excel- leadership, ambition, their team and money.

Matthew Eames shared: “We’re delighted to have been recognised in The Leap 100 as one of the UK’s most exciting, fast-growing organisations.

Inclusion in The Leap 100 2016 is acknowledgement not only for the company’s success but also the market appetite for a consultative recruitment partner. Prioritising relationships and service delivery will always be at the forefront of our industry and we are proud to be showcasing the recruitment sector with this recognition.

We’re in great company on this list and I am looking forward to being a part of a cohesive network of entrepreneurs and sharing our ambitions, challenges and successes over the coming 12 months.”

The Leap 100 companies, which range in terms of scale and sector, were chosen because of their growth potential and ability to make the leap to the next level in terms of revenue. Click here for the full list.
