We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sarah Roebuck to Head of Marketing.
Since joining the company in 2014 and establishing the formal marketing function, Sarah has been a fundamental part of the Eames team, leading on global brand strategy and driving brand awareness across our London and international offices.
Delivering on a social content strategy, Sarah has driven a 200% uplift in social followers and with the launch of the new Eames website in January 2017, has ensured the business is futureproofed for growth and advancements in digital recruitment.
Notably, Sarah supported on the formal launch of Eames’ executive search practice, Eames Partnership, from overall brand development and design as well as a new website and suite of collateral.
Truly living our values, Sarah is an advocate of culture and employer brand, and has driven the #TeamEames message internally and externally, even scooping herself the annual “Best of Team Eames” award for 2016 as well as the MVP vote in the fourth quarter, securing herself a space on the highly coveted Founders Lunch.
