We are delighted to announce the promotion of Elliot Steen to managing consultant within our broking, claims and underwriting (BCU) team in Hong Kong.
This represents Elliot’s second promotion since he joined Eames as a consultant at the beginning of 2016.
Elliot has an admirable work ethic and hunger for success in his role, which has seen him produce an exceptional billing record over the past twelve months and build some key client relationships across North Asia.
He is also an excellent team player who has been developing his leadership potential, sharing his extensive market knowledge and experience to train, support and manage Nicole Balbona through her promotion to consultant.
Elliot will now be responsible for leading the BCU function in Hong Kong, with a view to building out the team to extend our reach into the North Asian markets.
Speaking of his promotion, Elliot shared:
