Having joined Eames in 2016, Liam has since shown exceptional dedication to his position, driven by a desire to become the leading compliance recruiter in the banking, asset and wealth management markets and a genuine passion for the business and nurturing his colleagues.
He leads the compliance and risk management team at Eames, focusing on permanent recruitment and managing five consultants, and he has consistently produced excellent results.
With six years’ compliance recruitment experience, Liam has developed deep market knowledge and a strong track record of placing the highest quality of candidates into some of the most respected firms in the sectors within his remit.
This has not only gained him great credibility with clients, candidates and colleagues, but has also enabled him to strike some valuable market relationships for the firm.
Of his promotion, Liam shared:
