Securing two account executives in under four weeks for a key Snowflake partner post-acquisition

The client
Our client is a Snowflake professional services consultancy operating across the US which helps companies to deploy, integrate and optimize cloud data platforms. It offers AI-accelerated data migration, BI modernization, and clinical research data integration solutions.  


The challenge
After the client’s consultancy business was acquired, a need arose to expand capability in high-growth regions to provide support as the business entered an accelerated new phase of growth.  

What was the primary challenge? A narrow supply of professionals with the niche domain expertise required to fill two account executive roles in a candidate-driven, highly competitive market. 


The solution
We conducted a targeted search within our expansive network to surface qualified account executives with whom we had long-standing relationships.
 
Through reaching out to strong candidates who weren’t actively seeking new roles, we were able to find people to put forward who had established relationships within Snowflake’s sales team.
 
This meant that the candidates we provided the client with were well positioned to begin making significant impact from day one.  


The result
The entire process leading to two successful placements was completed in under four weeks.
 
This is a strong achievement for such a niche talent pool in the competitive Data & AI market.
