I am a Managing Consultant on the claims and operations team at Eames Consulting in the UK. I specialise in recruiting mid-to-senior professionals, specifically focusing on delegated authority and outwards reinsurance. I work predominantly with Lloyd’s Syndicates, MGAs, managing agents and insurers based in London.
My approach is to consistently provide a consultative viewpoint to both my clients and candidates. I work with my clients to find out their immediate needs and growth plans for the business and identify the top market talent. I add value to the process by providing insight on the market, including hiring trends, competitor analysis and salary benchmarking. For my candidates, it’s about understanding their career goals, motivations and skill set and meshing them with the right role in which they can succeed.
I pride myself on establishing and investing in long lasting relationships whilst continuing to expand my network and keep up to date with movements in the markets and talent needs of the industry.
My career in the industry started in 2017, when I joined Eames Consulting as an associate consultant. I’ve progressed my career up to principal consultant, benefiting from the structured and transparent career paths Eames offers.
