Responsibilities
• Formulate and deliver recruitment plan and strategies including Industry Recruit (IR) and IANG to accomplish company target
• Provide market intelligence agency leaders to develop managers’ capability and knowledge on recruitment
• Work with MCV team to design an unique IANG Program to drive IANG recruitments
• Design lead agency recruitment contest and plan any on-boarding support to drive recruitment result
• Design different types of reports to analyze current agencies’ recruitment situation
• Implement and promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various stakeholders
• Support on driving and executing agency recruitment initiatives
Requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with recruitment strategy and process
• Experienced at developing innovative programs and campaigns on recruitment
