Our client is looking for an Assistant Change Manager to work within the organisation's Enterprise Technology department. This role is for a strong end user-compute based change manager to understand how the organisation can implement change on O365 product initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong service adoption experience as they will be responsible for helping to define those sets of business users within a team across multiple geographic locations and will work closely with a selection of stakeholders such as Change Champions, Business Relationship Managers and IT SME's. to guide the business users through the adoption and user journey from start to finish.

This role requires an individual who is able to view the bigger picture due to the bespoke nature of the tool and the roll out to varied group. The ideal candidate for this role will need to think about different approached to the tool and how it is being delivered, adopting a bespoke approach with consideration to how to get the best out of the tool for those using it.
