​Are you an experienced facilities management professional with experience in sustainability? Our client, an IT Solutions Provider, is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team. As Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all facilities management matters are aligned with the organisation’s sustainability goals

  • Tracking, reporting and communicating the organisation’s progress against sustainability goals

  • Working closely with vendors to ensure they meet the agreed SLAs for building and facilities services

  • Planning and managing of office renovation and upgrading projects

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of all of the organisation’s facilities

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in facilities management

  • Good experience in green buildings/offices, and familiarity with BCA Green Mark

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
