Our client, an established financial institution, is currently looking for an AVP, Cyber Security Engineer to join their team. As an AVP, Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Integrating the various security tools into a single platform
- Automating workflows and processes
- Assessing the current cyber security state, and identifying areas of improvements
- Evaluating new technologies, testing their viability and making recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in the Cyber Security Engineering space
- Ability to write automation scripts in Python
- High familiarity with a wide range of security tools, such as SIEM. EDR, Network Security, threat intelligence and forensics
- High familiarity with cloud security is desirable
- Knowledge on emerging technologies is a plus
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
