Our client is a specialist Asian equity and fixed income asset management established in Hong Kong. They are looking for Compliance Officer to join its existing Legal and Compliance department.
Responsibilities:
- handle day to day compliance and regulatory matters
- manage all aspects of SFC authorized funds
- review marketing material reviews
- maintain compliance monitoring program
- review and approve personal account dealings
- assist in the legal negotiation
Requirements:
- Law degree holder preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Solid years of compliance background in asset management
