Broker Distribution Manager, Lloyd's Syndicate
Eames are currently working with a Lloyd's Syndicate looking to hire a Broker Distribution Manager to their team in London. Reporting into the Distribution Lead, this role will assist in the creation of the distribution strategy, working closely with Account Managers to proactively drive engagement. You will also manage and grow existing broker relationships, as well as targeting new business opportunities, and raising the brand profile within the market.
A successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of maintaining and developing relationships both internal and external. You must also have experience of working in the Lloyd's and London market, and a commercial understanding of underwriting.
