Job Description

Our Insurance client are looking for a Change Manager to join their central change function on an initial 6 month contract, this is a mostly remote position with occasional travel to London (once per month), Inside IR35.

This role will be focused on delivering excellent colleague experience across their transformation projects.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the change & communications across Technology Transformation, managing stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness preparation.

Key Experience-

  • Successful track record for ensuring an excellent colleague and user experience when new technology projects are rolled out.
  • Experience managing change and communications on complex, global transformation programmes.
  • An ability to understand technical colleagues and the changes they are making to simplify instructions for colleagues outside technology delivery.
  • An ability to be the voice of the colleague and influence technical project teams.
  • Experience working within Financial Services - Insurance experience is highly advantageous.
