This is an opportunity for an experienced, passionate Change Management professional who is interested in driving adoption and various strategic initiatives across an organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for people side of change ensuring alignment to delivery of strategic roadmap.
- Develop, execute change initiatives across different work streams
- Managing change assurance testings, assessments and budget associated with various iniativives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other leads to manage key stakeholders involved.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in a Change Management/ Program Management.
- Track record of delivering change adoption across an organization
- Strong practical knowledge in Change Management principles and methodologies
