Our client with a global reputation in the insurance industry is undergoing tremendous growth in the region. In part of this growth is an opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join the team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced, passionate Change Management professional who is interested in driving adoption and various strategic initiatives across an organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for people side of change ensuring alignment to delivery of strategic roadmap.
  • Develop, execute change initiatives across different work streams
  • Managing change assurance testings, assessments and budget associated with various iniativives.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other leads to manage key stakeholders involved.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Change Management/ Program Management.
  • Track record of delivering change adoption across an organization
  • Strong practical knowledge in Change Management principles and methodologies
