Eames Consulting is acting as a retained partner for one of the worlds leading brands in financial services who are in the process of a complete business transformation and overhaul of the entire technology estate. The firm in question is embarking on a multi-year initiative of digital transformation, data transition and systems replacement in order to set the business up for the future.
As a result, they are looking to hire a Chief Product Officer who will lead the strategic vision and roadmap of all the core workstreams within the global initiative and will chair the product/solution design authority, leading the product roadmap over the next 3-4 years through to delivery. This is undoubtedly the largest, most high profile initiative in the UK FS space right now and requires a highly experienced, digitally focused transformation product lead to the agenda!
To be considered for the role of Chief Product Officer you will have:
- Experience working in a Product leadership position, ideally within a large blue-chip organisation
- Experience of leading product/solution strategy on major, high profile digital transformation initiatives
- Experience and knowledge of technology/data-led transformation programmes
- A background in taking legacy businesses into the future and digital world
- Experience of operating at board/CxO level
