Eames is currently working with an established Insurance company who are seeking a Conduct Risk Analyst for their London office. The role sits within a reputable insurer with a global presence that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Conduct Risk Analyst will handle all aspects of complaints management and be responsible for assisting the Compliance Officer with completing and submitting Conduct Risk tasks in relation to Lloyd's and regulatory returns.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of handling complaints from first advice to completion, and experience within the London insurance market would be preferential. Due to the nature of this role, strong written and verbal skills are essential.
