A leading asset manager is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance Team on a temporary basis.
Role responsibilities:
- Complete compliance monitoring reviews (both desk and thematic) within the specified timeframe
- Ensure that the findings raised are based on the results of substantial testing
- Ensure that all testing carried out conforms with applicable regulations as well as group and local polices
- Keep up to date with all changes in regulation and legislation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business and continue to enforce the “three lines of defence” model
Successful candidates will have:
- Previous experience in a similar compliance monitoring role and experience conducting thematic and desk based reviews
- Strong product knowledge within an asset management environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
