Are you an experienced Cyber SOC Lead with experience working with a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)? If you are equipped with both technical hands-on skills as well as leadership experience, you could be the next Cyber Security Operations Centre Lead our client is looking for! As Cyber SOC Lead, you will be responsible for:
Leading the MSSP SOC from end-to-end, including giving technical guidance to SOC Analysts and Incident Responders
Continuously enhancing the cyber detection and response playbook
Working closely with the team to continuously finetune operational processes to deliver worldclass services to clients
Hiring and training of junior SOC analysts
Performing threat intelligence analysis and reporting
Supporting the pre-sales team by responding to RFPs etc.
Requirements
More than 10 years of cyber security operational experience, including recent experiences working for an MSSP
Strong technical skills in cyber threat detection and response
Demonstrable leadership experience
Experience in Microsoft’s suite of security products will be an added advantage
Candidates with SANS certifications such as GCFA, GCFE, GCTI, GCIH, GCIA and similar would be preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
