A top tier bank are looking to hire a data analytics testing manager to join their compliance team.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analytics testing as a core capability within the testing team
- Manage a team of specialist data analysts
- Conduct reviews focussed on data analytics
- Initiate and develop constructive relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide training to all colleagues in the controls testing team on the use of data testing
Successful candidates will have:
- Controls testing experience within compliance, internal audit, assurance or risk management (advantageous)
- Previous experience with data analytics techniques
- Experience using SQL, Tableau or Qlik-View
- Experience managing a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of UK regulations (advantageous)
