A Lloyd's Syndicate is looking to hire what essentially will be a 'Deputy Head of Pricing' to join their team on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent option for individuals who are passionate about innovation and who are keen to get involved in the strategic direction of the team.
This role is seen as a 'people manager' role and therefore would suit individuals who have career ambitions in developing junior members of the team.
They are keen to speak to FIA or equivalent Actuaries who are within the Lloyds'/London Market remit and who have demonstrable experience in managing teams. Individuals must have strong communication skills and be confident in delivering projects.
