​Are you an experienced facilities management professional with experience in healthcare organisations? Our client, an FM service provider, is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team, to be deployed with an organisation in the healthcare sector. As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of facilities management and M&E specialists in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation’s facilities and buildings

  • Working closely with vendors to ensure they meet the agreed SLAs for building and facilities services

  • Working on tender documents and submission for bidding

  • Planning and managing of building renovation and upgrading projects

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of all of the organisation’s facilities

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in facilities management

  • Healthcare organisation experience is a must-have

  • Strong M&E technical knowledge required

  • Proven track record of managing a team of facilities management and M&E specialists

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
