Exciting opportunity to join a high growth PE backed Asset Manager with clear and ambitious growth via acquisition plans, this role will support the Head of Finance and take on a wide range of commercial tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as business partner to divisional finance teams during Group budget cycles, supporting the Head of Finance in collating and challenging divisional budget submissions
- Assisting in the development of revenue and profit forecast models and performing sensitivity analysis on key model assumptions
- Ownership of monthly debt covenant calculations and ensuring timely delivery of debt covenant reporting to Group Executive Committee and private equity backers
- Preparing monthly management accounts and KPIs for the Group, including detailed revenue and cost analyses
- Other ad-hoc and strategic projects, as required, to support the Head of Finance
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant - up to 2yrs PQE
- Experience of working in or auditing a financial services business (experience gained within wealth management and/or private equity beneficial but not essential)
- Advanced Excel knowledge (e.g. pivot tables, data manipulation), experience working with or building financial models an advantage
- Ambition to develop a commercial mindset and grow along with a highly acquisitive, entrepreneurial business
