Principal Consultant, Finance

I am a principal consultant on the banking and asset management team specialising in accounting and finance recruitment for mid-large asset and wealth managers. I source graduate to senior-level professionals across London.

Acting as the conduit allows people to find great opportunities and employers to attract the best talent in the market. I ensure I take the needs of my candidates and my client’s business objectives to mesh both parties to the right opportunities.

I take an honest, consultative approach and provide key market updates on emerging trends and salary benchmarking. I’m also very passionate about diversity and inclusion and sit on the internal committee at Eames Consulting.
