Eames are working with a well established Asset Manager seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant into the team.
This is the ideal role for someone with long term FD/CFO aspirations. the manager is committed to developing their people and can point to many successful promotions within the team during their tenure (themselves included!)
Focus of the position will be across the firms cost base - covering both employee & non-employee related costs. Due to the nature of the business, there are some complex and interesting compensations structures you will get exposure to alongside more traditional tasks
The manager is looking for someone who has recently qualified in Audit and looking for their first move into industry - those within 1 exam sitting also considered. You will be a strong communicator and be looking to get away from the desk and speak with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business to sharpen your commercial skills
Fundamental tasks will cover Budgeting / Forecasting, Business Case Review, Management of Costs, Month-End reporting & Variance analysis
