Working for a circa £80bn AUM Fund, you will have oversight for managing external administrators to ensure their reporting is accurate and delivered within agreed timescales
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of fund lifecycle, escalating to brokers or internal stakeholders as required to highlight breaks / errors
- Provide value by working closely with portfolio managers - liaising with Risk, Performance & Finance when required
- Create and deliver NAV oversight reporting packs - produced by Third Party Admin
- Support with into during Weekly operating Report & team MI pack creation
- Assessing funding requirement and the funding of central mandates including requesting FX transactions
- Complete cash and stock reconciliations, investigate timely & escalate issues as appropriate
- Complete IBOR vs ABOR reconciliation process, investigate timely & escalate issues as appropriate
- Support delivery on new business initiatives into the team
Skills & Experience
- Experience of working within Asset Management / Third Party Administration
- Wide range of Asset Classes considered - Fixed Income, Equities, CDO, Private Equity, Infra, Real Estate
- Part qualified or Qualified accountant or equivalent - or desire to study
- Knowledge of the full trade lifecycle
Salary up to £55,000
