A Global Top Tier Bank is looking for a Head of Learning and Development to join their new establishment in Poland to take leadership of the learning function.
Key responsibilities
- Translates priorities into L&D solutions, which is necessary to develop employees for their current and future roles.
- Effectively uses various learning delivery channels to deliver quality intervention to our employees.
- Ensuring and helping the business identify and develop role based competencies.
- Engage with stakeholders to create and implement learning strategy in line with business strategy.
- Ensure effective implementation of induction for new joiners.
- Work with Business stakeholders in order to identify their problem areas, conduct analysis and design learning intervention in case of a competency gap.
- Sharing learning dashboard and measuring learning effectiveness with stakeholders.
- Creates People Manager capability both as a coach and as a mentor to help build high performing teams.
- Facilitate Leadership programs in line with the group learning standards.
- Enhance and maintain the working environment and team engagement.
- Promotes learning culture and philosophy of self-learning across our Talent.
- Ensures full compliance of policies, governance standards and applicable regulatory controls.
Knowledge & skills
- Understanding of banking business gained previously.
- Good experience in coaching and learning methodologies.
- High degree of computer literacy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Senior stakeholder management skills.
Key requirements
- Master degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
- 12-15 years of experience.
- Additional certificates/ qualifications will be an advantage.
