Currently partnered with a multinational insurer looking to hire a Head of Reinsurance to lead on the strategic decision making and placement of the companies reinsurance programmes. This role is reporting directly into the CUO and would have management responsibility of a team of two.
A successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Previous experience working within ceded reinsurance is essential.
