A top tier bank is looking for an Investment Analyst PM to join their team in London.
The Investment Analyst will align to one of the portfolios across the the Cost and investment function, building and maintaining an effective relationship with the portfolio and programme leads, developing a deep understanding of the portfolio, and acting as the conduit between the portfolio and the COO.
The Investment Analyst will focus on two key services provided by CTB (Annual Planning and Investment Governance). To support the CTB objectives the individual will;
Define and drive AOP and budgeting process in partnership with Business Transformation and Finance teams
- Formulate recommendations on funding / planning prioritisation based on analytics and insight
- Asses and challenge investment submissions against key external data points (e.g. Finance)
- Formulate and provide recommendations to teams through 'what if' analysis and holistic assessment of all portfolios
- Partner with the Business Transformation teams to provide business context to submission(s) to support effective decision making by the COO
