Tim joined Eames in 2007 and is one of the company’s longest serving employees.
After a successful career in the music and promotions industry in Dublin, Glasgow and around the UK, Tim was seeking more stability, routine and financial reward. He applied for a sales job and the consultant suggested he consider recruitment as an option also. The rest he says is a history he is very proud of.
Having specialised in interim and contract recruitment through the entirety of his career, Tim’s expertise spans the UK financial and professional services sectors. With a current focus on the London banking market, Tim manages the careers of mid-to-senior change management professionals.
Tim says his love for recruitment is bred from a genuine love for working with people and he prides himself on his ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients. His passion for his area of expertise motivates him every day, and the people focused nature of the change market makes his job more enjoyable and satisfying.
As a Partner in the business Tim is naturally very passionate about the brand’s reputation in the market and supporting other divisions through growth.
