As Lead, Facility and Security Management, you will be responsible for:
Regional facility management for the bank, including power, UPS, fire protection system, access management etc.
Managing colocation data centre and BCP site vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regional banking regulations
Managing a small team of vendors responsible for physical security and facilities management
Being the main POC for the bank in the region for facilities management matters
Requirements
At least 5 to 7 years of banking facility management experience
Familiarity with regional banking regulations is a plus, but knowledge of MAS regulations is a must-have
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Candidates without recent banking experience will not be suitable for this position
