​Are you a seasoned Facility Manager with extensive banking experience, and looking to grow your career further? As Lead, Facility and Security Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Regional facility management for the bank, including power, UPS, fire protection system, access management etc.

  • Managing colocation data centre and BCP site vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regional banking regulations

  • Managing a small team of vendors responsible for physical security and facilities management

  • Being the main POC for the bank in the region for facilities management matters

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 7 years of banking facility management experience

  • Familiarity with regional banking regulations is a plus, but knowledge of MAS regulations is a must-have

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Candidates without recent banking experience will not be suitable for this position
