UK Qualified Funds Lawyer, 5-10 years PQE
I am working with a leading private equity business who are looking for a fund and/or product structuring lawyer. Ideally this person will have previous exposure to an alternatives funds business via practice or inhouse role(s) or both.
This position will have visibility to the highest levels of senior management across the global locations.
Required Skills:
- UK Qualified 5+ years PQE
- Understanding of EU regulatory themes such as AIFMD, ESG, SFDR/SDR
- Cross jurisdictional private funds work
- Knowledge of different fund types and structures
- Drafting &/or investor negotiation work
- Excellent stakeholder skills
