Eames is working with a dynamic, newly established Lloyd's broker who are looking to bring onboard a key individual to their Business Operations Support team. The role will focus on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, drawing on the feedback and queries from brokers and the wider business. Our client has a strong drive towards being a digital first business so any exposure of implementing new technologies within a similar environment would be advantageous.

An ideal candidate would have circa 3-5 years of insurance operations experience, able to effectively project manage and have strong analytical skills.
