Global Bank requires an Organisation Change Lead for a long term transformation intiative
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Deliver organisation design for a programme workstream using the appropriate practical application of tools and methodologies.
- Articulation of context, strategy, value chain and aspirations in context of the Global TOM
- Collation of workforce baseline and analysis, design principles and future state options
- Previous experience of developing detailed organisation design, workforce transition strategy and role impact assessment
- Have experience with organisation design implementation planning - strong experience in change management and delivery of organisation design projects, including working with HR and other functions, where necessary to align with overall OD Governance
- Working with senior leaders to challenge, drive consensus and influence others to achieve positive outcomes. Comfortable working in a complex, project environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills. Demonstrates initiative, strong customer orientation and cross-cultural working
