- 8-10 years' experience minimum
- Career Business Analyst

- Must be hands on
- Must be proactive at coming into the business and creating relationships.
- Must have the mentality to come in and understand current ways of working and add value to these
- Good BA toolkit - process mapping, stakeholder management, diagrams etc
- Confident enough to be meeting people and working closely across the business at different levels
- Must have banking experience
